In my opinion this problem is something that has take more and more importance in the last years, also bring  some problems for me this issue affect my life but the most in school and in my home with my family, but is hard to explain why we are so attached to our smartphones and the technology and why we change the people and the enviorment we have closer and tried to share this or talk with people that are far of us.

Im not telling that using smartphones and technology is a bad thing but when you use it constantly and don't enjoy the things and people we have right know, as the video said: when you are to busy looking down, you don´t see the chances you miss, this phrase is very truly at the point that if you are too busy with your cell phones your entered life can change.

This issue has many variants, one of them is texting or using the smartphones while you are driving, after seeing thhe videos i will not text aging while Im driving because the consequences that this could bring are awful and also you can change the others life something that is not right for this innocent people cause they not deserve the consequences of your irresponsibility.

Maybe we know that using technology more that is supposed to be used is going to bring bad thing but we don't care and we keep using this, so it could be a great idea to read the book of the man of the video that teach you and give you techniques to used your cell phones less and continued with a normal life because is hard to tried to not used with out techniques or tips.

In my normal life I have many problems using this tools but the most in school because I have the necessity of using it and texting while Mr. Zeller is giving class but is not something personal whit him is something like an habit and also happen to me with my parents and they get very angry and said to me that they will not pay my cell phone maybe this is the only warning Im afraid of.

The funny thing is that we know know that this affect our personal relations and is bad but we continue using this with no control and without limits, so this problem will continue and will develop if we don't want to make a change because all depends of every one that want to stop this problem.
